The sky does not give a damn,
The clouds show no concern,
The wind keeps moving on it's way,
The sun continues to burn.
Nights will come as days do go,
Nothing we do will impede their path,
Yet we take it personally
When we fall prey to some storm's wrath.
The sins we commit matter not
To the sunset nor the dawn.
Nature has only to blink it's eyes
And in that moment we'll all be gone.
