Kinds Of Perfect

Are there two kinds of perfect?

Or, perhaps there are three?

Will lives past present to me

An apple to fall from a tree?

Life's Loves given breath from souls

Not burdened with expectations,

They steam and sweat and give their all

This is the extent of their visions.

Walking in ways that lead to the end

Of dreams fulfilled and perfected

Are beginnings of life for newly found hope?

Perfect starts, new hopes, delected.

But is this perfect?  A "flawless" means,

Or and end, to bring us smiles?

Or is perfect what leads us to what it seems

Shall brings us much needed trials?

For growing is our goal, for what it's worth,

And pain, our greatest gift.

Yes, it is this "perfect" that allows us to grow great,

And as all finest things, through sift.

But is there a third, a newly found perfect?

To offer such livers as we?

Well, if neither of the above we call our own.

Then the true perfect is simply to "be".
