so here comes my train got my ticket and I’m ready to go

get me out of here fast no time to go slow

platform to a track to nowhere and I’m never coming back
 the doors click closed, all the colors turned black

the click clack, click clack and rhythm of the track

won’t go back never going back I’m never going back

I left yesterday without so much as a good-bye

I would never give you the satisfaction of seeing me cry

 was it easy for you to live a lie? I could hear it in your voice

a twitch, a false smile , click clack, click clack, mile after long mile

I didn’t know, I didn’t see past your radiantly phony smile

you took my love, and stole my heart  but you can’t make my choice

the click clack, click clack and rhythm of the track

here that lonely whistle wail like the pain in my heart

see the tears trail along and fall to the ground

was it all a game to you? or did the end

begin at the start?

all I know is that a trains click clack click clack is a really lonely sound
