Her dead body laying here in the ground
She died slowly without even a sound
Her face is sad, a smile I do not see
You see this girl, this girl is me

A young girl barely past her teens
You showed her heart, gave her magic beans
It grew and she climbed up it
But in the clearing something just didn’t fit
Who would have known that ending bit

Snuck in slowly, and danger begins to sing
She didn’t know, in your mind it was just another fling
Thanks to you she thinks she is a whore,
What would have happened if you never opened that door?
She wouldn’t be staring at you with those scared dark eyes
The whole freaking friendship was full of lies

But now I’m strong, and full of rage
I’m done reminiscing in this cage
It’s time to turn the page

Here’s what I’m going to do
You see that broken heart it’s time I start anew
I put you in a container-closed the lid
I’m letting go of what you did
Your guilt will eat away at you
But me and my brokenness-were through

I could have been innocent to someone
