Another moment of this hatred

A place I didnt want to return

Your deception led me back here

Another scar thats left in me

I was drowned by your integrity

So blind to see the ripples in your heart



Sweet Venus, a vengeful trap you've set for me

Forbidden, but I must open my eyes to see

Forsaken, unbounded by the beauty in your nature

Long lasting, this fire in me is for you



Glamourous eyes that seek the soul

Your vines wrapping in my essence

Sucking the life away from me

But these darkened eyes look upon you

And in my light you will see

The reflection you've shunned away



So afraid to tell

The story of your heart

Afraid of what kind of fires dwell in me

So afrad to face

The monster that rages in me

Terrified to behold the fearsome power in me



No longer will you suffocate me anymore
