Sorrow's Keeper

The crow doesn't lie.  He taps on the window.

"Let me in, and I will take the sorrow."

"To free the soul."  "Let me in.  Let me in!"

Tap.  Tap.  Tap.

The crow taps on the window.

"For I shall not lie.  Let go of your sorrow."

"I will carry it away in my beak."

"Release the sorrow into the cleansing rain."

The crow taps.

He tells no lies at my window.
