 How the morning, wakes the day

Sun coming up, full and bright

Giving us all, light and life

It’s special to me, to have this time

Another breath, another rhyme

Here with you, fills my heart

Glad and happiness, over takes me

Knowing you smile, that I love

A simple hello, a grin lets go

This wonderful life, we all know

Let’s celebrate this time, the now

If sun coming up, isn’t enough

The roll we play, with each other

Show and give love, like the doves

Fly high together, into the sun

Who you are, stay that way

Have fun, give meaning

Take that step, then one more

To be sure, lock hands make plans

Morning sunshine, wakes my day
