Through the hole
And look no more
After a tale
That is old and pure
Forever sought
And never found
A maiden's ribbon
Is left unbound.
Candied clouds
And lover's skies
A tale unfolds
Through another's eyes
One of danger
And juxtaposed
Of unstoppable anger
And a rabbit's nose.
Full of laughter
And wrought in fright
A cobbler spoke
Of a fair winter's night.
