“I Know How”

I know how to sit; I know how to stay!

I know how to heal; I know how to pray.

I know how to listen; I know how to speak.

I walk alone on blood-stained streets.

Hear my words, of what I say!

 Line your pockets and start to play.

Place a bet or make a wish,

Food is coming on a lovely new dish.

Ponder the meaning of these words.

Maybe think twice, of what I heard!

Food for thought.
