You are the only president I remember my father advocating for - so much so that he planned (forced me & Mom on) a daytrip to ride our bikes to Alexandria via the newly laid bike path that ran along the Potomac River, to coincide with your arrival in the town square (I actually got my picture in the paper, wedged in amongst other local constituents, I had a Carter bumpersticker stuck to my headband). He woke me up the night of your election with tears of joy in his eyes, "Maybe we'll have a good life now" he said... (were we not having a good life Dad?)

But that's not the point...

You Sir are an Exceptional Example of a Great Human Being, friend to all, helping hand to any, faithful, loyal and true - I bow to your many and lasting generous works_()_
