nobody turns their back, as well as a good friend

please abandon me there, you i wish i never knew



i always take the back seat, just can never be in the front

i know it wasn’t mean to be, but you left me out in the open



take your aim and shoot me down      

it's all falling apart anyway

the darkness has enclosed me within    

i never wanted to live outside this hole



waiting in silence, that’s where you left me      

still there, you never came to let me out      

there is not a prayer left inside me      

outside, you still wonder why i am still here



so close to nothing left      

figured i might as well      

just throw the rest away



i’m left empty inside    

got nothing left to give      

nothins is there anyway



you never reached inside      

this place i tried to hide

but maybe someday i’ll forgive you      

for leaving me in this hell
