Good bye New York, good bye for now, I will miss the glittering and blinking lights,China Town, with all its smells, may it be foul or garlicky, I will come back to eat some more. Siopaos and dumplings, will always beckon, hakaw and siomays will always call me.
Manhattan and the Times Square, full of people, full of dreams,you just walk the blocks and streets, and you will see all kinds of sights, homeless people abound the place, most of them, are in St. Patrick's Church,there are rumors that they get burned whenever they sleep in the streets alone. True or not, I do accept, in this Universe all is possible.
Broadway shows are awesome too, Mama Mia is one of them, they bring you music our souls remember, cuz that was the time we fell in love.But don't forget to visit, The Lion King, cuz all the time your kids mouth are open with awe.
Then the shopping is... the best of all, I am a woman and you know what they say, we can shop until we drop, or till the wallet burns, but always, look for the tag that says, we are on sale, and when I see it, it makes my day.
I will come back, of course I will, after all, the lights will call,and the food will beckon, but most of all, they are all here, the ones who make my life complete.
