Seeds and Tides

Watch the wave, see how it rides

Upon the  glistening  reminiscent tide

The sun beats down upon the past

And I know it will not last

One to whom the lives begun

Wrapped inside the seed of love

To the depth we’ve left to ride

Where we find the seeds and tides.

Longing for the touch of  rain

Trapped inside the seed of  pain

Holding past what hope began

Lives in  fallen seed and sand

Obstacles that seem to last

Lost the seed in your  past

One to whom we hope to show

But how can we, the seed is slow

It will not grow in this life

What will come, the seed of strife?

Picked in to the lost regime

Leave me here, the seed will die

Do not linger here no more

The seed  will wash upon the shore

In the wave we lost behind

There will stay the seed, divine

Ocean tides will take away

The disaster of the seed of pain

One I’ll become with the sea

In reminiscent harmony

Of how my love is left to ride

Upon the seed, and wash the tide

And sprout it will upon my grave

The second seed, whilst I am saved

In my dream, when I in death

Swim the tide of my last breath.
