Soldiers in Disguise
We are all soldiers in disguise.
But we are all fighting on a different battlefield.
No one can see you, as you can't see me.
Our war is invisible to others.
Every war is different,
and some last longer than others,
and some feel never ending.
Some are strong while fighting their fight, some have been fighting too long so they've become weak.
Everyone's war is different.
Some are fighting
Depression,
Anxiety,
PTSD,
OCD,
Health,
Addiction,
Abuse,
School,
Parents,
Work,
Unemployment,
Financial issues,
Legal affairs,
Divorce,
Relationship problems,
Friendship problems,
And anything else.
Little or big you are fighting a war.
You are a invisible soldier.
No one can see your fight, nor can you see mine.
Your fight may be different from mine, but we are both in a war with ourselves.
Day in and day out,
We have to keep telling ourselves to keep fighting and not to give up.
No matter how many times you and I may fall we must stand again.
We must win our fight.
Not for anyone else, but for you.
Win your war.
Conquer yourself.
