where do i belong

you tell me i am your daughter

your sister

your mom

your friend

but who am i

who is this person i see in the mirror

day after day

you tell me i am me

but have you ever stoped to find out

find out who this me is

i have feelings to

dreams i wish true

but no one wants to hear

i am supposed to be

your daughter

his sister

and their mother

and even your friend

but for once

cant i just be me

cant i live my life for me

can YOU let me be me

if i fall

let me get up on my own

if i fly

then be happy for me

let me go

let me be me
