always there for me
holding my hand
wiping away what ever tears may come
picking me up each time i fall
i try to return the favor
but i know i cant
my heart isnt as big as yours
my arms not as strong
i listen but i dont hear
i touch but yet i dont feel
you bring sunshine to my life
i draw in the dark clouds
its not that i dont wanna feel
its not that i dont wanna hear
but so much you keep closed
so much i try
always giving of yourself
never asking for a thing in return
and there you are
my rock, my hero
never asking why
never judging
just holding
holding me tight
so i make it thru yet another night
so with this said
i want to try
try to explain to those
who dont know
who dont understand
you are my sweetest angel
you are my bestest friend
together for always
thru it all we will soar
