There is a place, of boundless miles into no where
Where hearts cannot function....
And dreams are all set to fall and break.
Where black is the sunlight....
And devastation sets hard into each home.
To be in this place,
To cherish the lost,
Never to be found......
Oh what is this place?
What anguish must plague each wall, each door?
And beings cannot find their comfort anymore,
As they sing songs in the dry air and heated winds,
That disappear over mountains of desert sands,
And I cannot manage to walk through these borders.
Unheard, unseen....
For with every tremble,
Each faulty step,
I am fading again....
And Heaven's eyes look down upon me in my shame,
And I am lost...unfound; never free again.
Into this world of heartache, and feverish fascination
For what is not belonging inside each breath,
On my knees I sink into....this place, this dark sanctum.
To not have a thought,
To not hear a whisper,
Never to be felt.....
Oh what is this place?
And in every eye the stars fall down over the valley
Where sorrows are kept to the grave....
And few zombies will walk in the night.
Where the love is gone....
And all the memories are bent and broken.
Unheard, unseen....
For with every tremble,
And each faulty step,
I am fading again....
Like before, into this place.
