wish i were psychic

then i could see

where and even when

the next terrorist attack would be

bioterrorism can cross waters in a flash

i wonder if good ol' bush

is smart enough to think of that

showdown with iraq

countdown to war

the media's in a frenzy

first elizabeth returns

now sadaam won't leave

war hasn't broke yet

and i'm sick of this shit

on my t.v. screens

i love my country, well...

the freedom it grants

but when it comes down to it

we americans don't do suicide chants

so don't count on me to fight

not abroad or on my land

we aren’t free from attacks on our soil

g.w. trying to fight for his daddy’s face

and probably just worried about oil

and i'm too scared of chemical warfare to support

i can only pray for our soldiers who ain’t

but me go to war for bush

ain't that a joke

i was in florida in 2000

i don't even think they counted my vote.
