My heart hides within a box,
that i've been guarding day and night.
In fear of setting it free,
allowing it plainly in sight.
It was a shining star once,
brightly in the night sky hung.
Amongst the moon and twilight,
where to all it always sung.
Some believed it faded away,
but the truth was kept with fear.
I hid that heart within myself,
so that I could only hear.
It's song of lovers secrets,
a tune silenced from the world.
A call to someone special,
"Mi amore, my soulmate girl."
