Fell in love with a gal from the Bronx named Faye

But he left her brokenhearted

Their relationship, barely started 

Jose decided Faye lived too far away 

Then he fell for a gal named Marcy

Compared to Faye, didn't live quite as far, see

She lived in Flatbush

Jose dumped Marcy's tush

Where she lived, there was no place to park, see

Jose was depressed, felt so blue 

Didn't know anyone who 

Could set up a mtch

He was such a good catch
