How do we value what a life is worth?

We enter this world at the time of birth 

Each in a set of unique circumstances 

Which increases or decreases each person's chances 

Of a happy existence, some overcome the resistance 

Become a success while for others life becomes a mess

Life's an enigma, an incoherent mystery 

Wrapped inside the cloud of human history

What is the value of a life worth?

What we do for others while we're here on Earth

Have you made a positive impact on the lives of others?

I believe underneath all men are brothers

We all are born with the same desires 

Pay heed to Hashem, what He requires 

'Act justly, love mercy, walk humbly with God'

This to you might sound quite odd

Advice which may get some irate
