I have a new neighbor

He's not the brightest bulb around
Heard he had a fight with another block resident
What were they fighting about? Something about the President
I'll tell you now what happened, won't keep you in suspense
The other block resident said something which my neighbor took a fence
Wait a second, shouldn't it say 'offense', not 'a fence'?
No, he literally took his fence! That was no mistake
He's been charged with robbery, has to replace it at his expense
Must've been really offended, that a fence he decided to take
