I used to be a controller 

My friend was a controller too

There's something wrong with him I think 

Could be he has too much to drink?

Tell you why I think that's true

He'll put his son in a stroller 

And take him to the zoo

His son likes to see the bears

And not that anyone cares

His son talks to the bears

So cute to see him do what he do

He'll say 'Hello, Mr bear 

Hello, how are you?'

That doesn't bother my friend too much 

So why do I think he's a little touched?

It's when his son says 'Goodbye'. That's right

Especially when the bear is white 

He goes absolutely crazy

And though his son is just a tot

He can't deny it, he cannot 

In fact, it's his son who's to blame

And not a chemical imbalance 

in his brain as the doctors claim

Tell you why I think that's true

I'd even make you a bet but

I'm not what you'd call a 'high roller'

I mean, it's so obvious to me

And even to his son, who's three

When he says goodbye to the white bears

He'll look at Dad and always say

'Bye Polar!'
