Sweet dreamer silence me,

Call me to surrender.

Pressure building up inside of me,

Pain I am able to no longer endure.

Screaming inside to let it all out,

Tell my dreams to the one who crushed them.

Hide myself in the corner of my mind,

Keeping silent about it as tears come to my eyes.

Sweet dreamer protect me,

From everything gone bad.

Silenced by nightmares,

Tomorrows past.

Shed some light over now dark eyes ,

Keeping myself calm by the light of the moon.

Sweet dreamer avoid my problems,

My eyes to see through the dark,

Forget my pain as my fantasy lingers on.

Sweet dreamer surround me in all you have to give,

And finally sweet dreamer,

Give me a reason to live.
