What a sad and wistful world we now live,

bullies shout and bullies give,

destruction of the human soul,

it will not rest eternally whole.



Two men believe they can play at God,

send in the bombs and the ugly firing squad,

attack the innocent children who take a stand,

for another, demented, destroying command.



You are nothing but a puppet attached to one simple man,

too scared to say no since this all began,

frightened of what is a distant "IF",

but think upon those bodies that will rot and become stiff.



The people who believed in you make their voices known,

they ask for time and backing yet you just want to blow,

drop the bombs upon the land,

for months it has all been finely planned.



A deadline has been set for him to disarm,

with this action are you sure to cause no harm,

to retrace your steps and be happy with the fact,

or will you still not believe this is enough and carry out your slaughter act?
