SUPPLICATION
I thought maybe your God would
Entertain a nonbeliever's supplication,
Perhaps listen to his invocation of aid
Even answer his petition on your behalf.
With this in mind I offered a prayer for you.
I hope you do not mind that I would
Beseech your God's healing power for your pain.
