At The Birth Of "CustomerSpeak," One Friday Morning

Although I do not ask for you to tamper

with processes in your organization,

you must know---I am not a happy camper.

I need to speak to some high manager,

to someone who will take my disputation.

Your records must be wrong:  and I am sure

that I have deserve special consideration.

I know that such objections make you nervous,

but this is your job of customer service.

Have you been trained right?  Is your mind all there?

You need to check through all your files and folders.

My very dignity has been denied.

You sound a little too stern, and not lenient.

Do you have some idea how inconvenient

this is?  I have been framed:  I am no thief,

regardless of the charge and your belief.

The evidence you site is wrong.  How dare

you think to lay that beam upon my shoulders.

Not my concern what you have planned to do

about the problems of these other two

(I know one is a thief, and one seditious).

My own sentence is utterly facetious,

and I should not have to be crucified.

Enough of this!  I have had quite my fill

of it!  I will not walk up that skull hill.
