"Prayer For Today"
If you're tired of waiting,
tired of wondering,
and tired of carrying
dreams that haven't arrived yet,
take a deep breath and
pray this with me.
God, if the blessing
I've been praying for
requires a stronger version
of me, then don't rush the blessing.
Build the strength.
Build the wisdom.
Build the faith.
Remove what no longer belongs.
Reveal what does.
And when the time comes,
Let me be ready
for what I've been asking for.
Not just willing to receive it- worthy
to carry it.
