I miss you

I miss us too

The way we used to be

The way we laughed

Before my tears

Before my mind, broke me

I'm holding on to pieces

That somehow, fell apart

I promise, I will mend myself

And nurse, this bleeding heart

I ask that you be patient

Just give me a little time

To figure out my place, my worth

My mind has not been kind

I see in you forever

In us I see new hope

It's all that's said

Inside my head

Just help me try to cope
