Loving you was the easiest thing

I've ever done, and losing you will

always be the hardest.

My forever didn't end when you left

- it simply changed shape,

becoming something I carry quietly

within me every single day.

I still love you as if you're mine, still

miss you as if you'll walk through

the door again.

Deep down, I know you won't... but

love like this doesn't fade — it just

learns to live in silence
