To love bomb and to shame me

Thank you for the forms of control

That were used so you could blame me

Thanks for giving only to use it against me

That's really not helpful at all

Thanks for providing care that I deserved

And being the hero while I felt small

They say don't bite off the hand that feeds

Be grateful, be thankful, appreciate it all

Thanks for trying to rescue me

But in the end making me feel small

Thanks again for all that you did

To make me feel like I was less

I really appreciated being rescued by you

When I was vulnerable and in a mess

Thanks again for fixing me

Take a bow, your hero job is done

Thanks for finding your next victim
