Haven’t written anything for a long time now
Haven’t felt so weak for a long time either
Everything was smooth til she came around
Now I’m hittin’ rocks and I can’t get a breather
I thought that I’d just write it out
Maybe it’d all be clearer
I’m filled with love, and filled with doubt
Because I can’t bring her nearer
It’s been a long time now, since I’ve felt this way
Been a strange trip just to get here
I’m lost and confused now that I’ve arrived
And I’m not sure I’m glad I came
