What a special day that only comes when the year is divided by four.
Most times it's every four years and every once in a while it's more.
When your born on this day it's hard to tell your age, are you 9 or 36?
When it's not a leap year, a birthday is missed.
They have to celebrate on Feb 28th or March 1st.
Which day to choose, that's the worst.
However, it's nice when you get older you are only 9.
