There will always be somebody we each want to be,
even if it's a collection of four or twenty three,
and each girl will always push you to be that,
in the hopes they like the way you would act,

there will always be a chip on the back of a man,
keeping him from being the absolute best he can,
try to hold conversations and stay out of your mind,
but you lose yourself up there time after time,

there will always be someone who has a problem with
a girl you kiss, love, fuck or miss,
she'll keep you from ever thinking just love will ever work,
until she blames you for turning into a typical jerk,

there will always be those who when you were young,
would tell you becoming important's chances were slim to none,
just cause there was something they couldn't ever do,
they'll try to kill all the dreams that are dear to you.
