We're all lined up one by one,
to find a love that decided to run,
a fun type of temporary you call mine,
and for a time it's good, but in the end you die,

you have someone somewhere so don't you cry,
all because you again struck out, keep on tryin,
the assholes are the ones who feel alive,
so say bye to the nice guy, one last time,

maybe someday i'll again return,
never let my fire do anything but burn,
you will find that i'm not the same,
something has changed too deep in the game,

all i've done is wrong since i left the Knoll,
so now it's time to be an asshole,
take my own advice cause it's what i see,
say bye to nice guy and who i used to be.
