Tired of always checking my phone,
could be another one keeping you from being alone,
stuck outta my zone traffic keeping me out,
in bumper to bumper i try to return to our route,

no need to shout i'm always there,
nose tucked right between your neck and brown hair,
with so much to share but little motivation,
you become something more than inspiration,

i've had admiration, i've felt us cuddle,
i've been pushed off my flight and got stuck in a shuttle,
tripped in a puddle but still made it to you,
i wish that same action was something you'd do,

you may have horses but i have dogs,
and little league and lots of love, you feed me like some hogs,
leaping emotions around like some frogs frozen in a lake,
never knowing dipping their toe in, was to seal their fate.
