It's Always Been You

Folder:
February 2015

Silence the revolution right at its start,

interrupt the movie during the best part,

we all get disturbed and we all are to blame,

we all fall for a dame with little to no game.

Nothing in my head but her smile,

keep the criminal in her bed but off trial,

enjoy my style and love my habits,

we bump heads then go at it like rabbits.

Another volume in our life, next to come,

strum the right tunes and bang the right drum,

play the open gigs that empty the pain,

sing the wrong note and smile on the train.

Tell me it's not worth caring over but how can I

trust her when she's only chosen the wrong guy?

it's you, and the time apart has changed nothing within,

it's always been you and that scares me more then any sin.
