There are some things that I can't explain

Like why do tear drops fall like rain

Or how can the stars shine so bright

When you feel so alone in the night

How can ones heart be set free

Like the moon above a glistening sea

There's so many things that I do not know

Like how to forget or how to let go

How can a kiss mean so much

Why does one crave another's touch

How can I see forever in your eyes

Like shooting stars across the skies

Why does my world seem so grey

And why do my tear drops fall like the rain
