Assalamu alaikum and Good day to you all. As you are a team leader, I have some instructions for you and I want you to dissimilate this and explain this to other teammates as well.
Understanding and passion for research work is the core requirement for any publication. I am happy to know that you all are giving your efforts. All you need is to keep a particular time apart from your academics for research writing, otherwise, it becomes too hectic and publication becomes next to impossible. As you know, we are always interested in quality work, I need quality efforts and study from you all as well. I am pretty sure you will ensure the quality of all your teammates.
Without pain, no gaining is possible. But I would request you not to take it as a pain. As a coordinator of the work, I do always expect you all to become a quality publishers and researchers as well for the future. For this purpose, I need to take critique on your respective work to understand, your extent of work, depth of dedication, and as well as your critical thinking ability to answer the reviewers. For this, purpose, you will set a suitable meeting date with your teammates and let me know about that.
Before that, you all know that Tausif has already publications with me. He has already gone through some hectic critique phases with me and he understands how to handle these critique issues. You all will definitely face these critiques in the future if you have intention to become a doctorate degree holder.
I would like you to ask Tausif to give a short briefing at your convenient time regarding the critiques on your own work, and he will take a demo critique with you all. So in the demo version, you will as well shortly present to him maybe roughly and he will conduct the demo critique version. Otherwise, with me, you may not feel comfortable with my crisscrossed questioning session. I hope you understand what I said. Take a record of the demo session and share it will me. I need to surmise, how he has conducted the session.
