Parting, pink and raw

Swollen and scarred

Unable to stop picking, itching

Calloused no more

For the callous is replaced

With fresh new pink skin

And the fresh skin

Is replaced with fractured skin

Nails digging

Teeth gnawing

What do you do

When the process of healing

Causes you to destroy yourself
