You Cannot Heal what you Refuse to Feel

In shadows deep, where secrets lie concealed,

A heart with wounds, its pain has not revealed,

For healing's path demands a soul to feel,

To face the truth, to let the scars unseal.

The echoes of the past in patterns weave,

In silent sorrow, hearts begin to grieve,

Unconscious minds in circles, they deceive,

Repeating tales they yearn to disbelieve.

But wisdom whispers softly to the night,

"To heal, embrace the pain, to seek the light,

For only through the storm, the soul takes flight,

In conscious growth, in courage's gentle might."

So tread the path where honesty prevails,

Where tears can cleanse and truth unveils,

Maturity's ascent, the heart entails,

To break the chains, where olden sorrow ails.

In healing's warmth, the spirit finds its grace,

Evolving past the wounds, a new embrace,

No longer bound by patterns they retrace,

But soaring high, in life's profoundest space.
