I need a friend so why aren't you here
When were those times when you were always near?
We shared everything from fears to dreams,
Remember when you were here to stop those screams?
You suddenly left me with my silent cries,
Yet you don't see the part of me that dies.
I screamed for you but you didn't listen,
Now I wonder if I'm someone you're missing
When you need help you call on me with that same song,
But why can't you see how that's just so wrong?
I cry for this, I cry for the past,
I think back to why our friendship didn't last.
I want to go back to this time last year,
But instead I'm left with this continuous tear.
You deserted me even after we became so close,
Thanks for showing me I'm so easy to dispose.
