The blood falls upon the ground
Silently falling without a sound
Why can’t they see?
Just how much it hurts me
No one can recall the pain
The hurt driving me insane
Your words and actions careless
Making me into this horrible mess
Backed into every inch of the corner’s dark
Every thoughtless action leaving its mark
Bleeding inside, invisible to the eye
Trying my hardest not to break down and cry
Please, just leave me alone
I’m fine without you, just look where I’ve gone!
No more faults for you to dig out
No more curses for you to shout
Just go away, let these wounds heal
The scars will always remind me of your hopeless appeal
