The serially killing governor Rick Perry broke George W Bush's record as the most executing governor in US history. Now the Republican Party has nominated for governor of Texas yet another proponent of state murder: Greg Abbott.
Perry executed juveniles, the mentally disabled, those without adequate counsel, those denied the right to contact their country's embassy or consulate, and of course the innocent.
