Is There A Single Longevity Study Of Paleo Diet Centenarians?

Folder:

Can anyone name a single study of lifelong paleo practitioners living to be centenarians. The Inuit and the Masai who eat a very high percentage of animal flesh have among the shortest life expectancies in the world. In January of 1973 the National Geographic reported on the centenarian tribes of the world which were all predominantly vegetarian. Among them were residents of Vilcabamba Ecuador, the Azerbaijans, and the Hunzas. Hindu yogis who live even longer were not included. The author of te later ' blue zone' studies should perhaps not include Okinawa since the study was taken after there had been little food available during the war for Okinawans. In the US the vegan Adventists of Southern California have had the highest % of centenarians.

Experts Criticize Lectin Attacking Steven Gundry & Paleo Diet

Steven Gundry promotes slaughterhouse foods and attacks vegan ones.

Steven Gundry in his book Plant Paradox criticizes lectins in legumes, tomatoes, etc.He lists meat and fish recipes in his book, prepares 5 eggs to add to a muffin mix in video, and profits from recommending a purchase of his supplements costing a month. He states on page 4 a falsehood..alleg‌ing that shellfish and egg yolks reduce cholesterol.

Factory farmers with millions of chickens confined 9 to a small cage must be happy. The

Egg Board, an industry organization, promotes many studies in which scientists they pay come up with predictable results. The Mayo Clinic unpaid by the Egg Board reports 186 mg of cholesterol in a large
egg, all in the yolk. Shellfish are a source of cholesterol as well as of
anaphylactic shock because they are coprophagous, eating human and other waste.

Countless people have died from eating shellfish. 1 egg a day equals 5 cigarettes a day in terms of arterial damage, said a Toronto
cardiologist, David Jenkins in a long plaque study of 1000 people.

Joel Kahn, MD and Dr T Colin Campbell, world famous nutritionist, author of a book on Chinese nutrition, are some of Gundry's
many critics. The latter states Gundry claims he has much supporting research but can't name any studies which can be substantiated.

Both Campbell and Kahn point out that the world's longest lived people such as in
the blue zones (Okinawa, Costa Rica, etc) have high lectin diets. Past studies of centenarian tribes included
people in Ecuador, the Hunzas, the Azerbaijans, Seventh Day Adventists in California.

The Inuit and the Masai, with short life expectancies, have virtually no lectins

in their diets. Dr Kahn had a patient who on his own decided to test paleo diet.
He ate only meat for 2 months and his cholesterol went from 250 to 750.

Dr. Campbell cites at least four studies indicating that legumes have anti-cancer
properties or other benefits.

A quote from Campbell: "It is no wonder that this lectin theory is now a darling

of the paleo, low carb, “primal” communities."

Conversely he says the rich western obesity diet has few lectins, is high on meat, fats, sugars to which we would add
fish, eggs and dairy. Only meat, fish, eggs and dairy have cholesterol.

Dr. Kahn asks if paleo ketogenic practitioners can name a single longlived
community eating the paleo diet.

He says tomatoes are inflammatory whereas research says they are antiinflammatory

1 egg a day equals 5 cigarettes a day in terms of arterial damage, said a Toronto

cardiologist, David Jenkins in a several year plaque study study of 1000 people.

The single best way to prolong your life is to reduce your calorie intake.

The Atkins Foundation which promotes the Atkins diet has taken to the airwaves to advertise pizza.  The Foundation has had a corrupt relationship with with Smithfield, the world's biggest killer of innocent pigs.

Dr Robert C Atkins died in 2003  weighing 258 pounds, from a cerebral stroke which caused him to hit his head on the sidewalk. He had first had his heart condition reported at the age of 67. He took with little attribution many of his ideas from Irwin Stillman MD , and from Adelle Davis, who died of bone cancer. She was an advocate of organ meats,  the consumption of which Dick Gregory has described as akin to eating the filter out of car.  All three: Atkins, Stillman and Davis died several years sooner than the average life expectancy in the US. All three had a corrupt relationship with the American meat industry.

Atkins' diet  which primarily includes animal and fish flesh protein along with animal fat, causes kidney damage from ketosis..  Carnivores have 5 times human kidney size per pound. There have been many fatalities from the Atkins diet acidification which in turn causes internal bleeding from stomach ulcers, Many kinds of cancer are also caused by the acidification, carcinogens, trioxypurine and other problems of high animal protein diets. Intestinal cancer occurs from the lack of natural fiber. Carcinogens in the diet include malonaldehyde, methylcholanthrene, the female hormones given animals so that they will gain water weight, the multiplied insecticide concentrations  in animal flesh. A one thousand pound cow has eaten an average 21,000 pounds of food in her abbreviated life. Nonbiodegradable insecticides stay in the flesh. Deaths from food poisoning, cerebral strokes, heart attacks, Alzheimers occur.  The homocysteine in meat which forms amyloid plaque in the brain arteries is, even NIH degrees, the chief cause of the senility known as Alzheimer's.  Heart surgeons report having to cut through layers of white animal fat to do heart surgery. The conservative American Medical Association condemned the Atkins diet.  It is interesting that the Inuit of Alaska, Greenland etc.whose diet is primarily animal protein have the world's
lowest life expectancy, if one discounts war, deaths from poverty, accident. .

Those who try the high animal protein diet find that they lose perhaps twenty pounds and then can lose no more.  They are stuck on the top of a plateau with high sides all around.

The vegan and fruitarian diets have the best success with weight loss. Dr Mervyn Hardinge before leaving Harvard (Dr Stanley Prusiner, discoverer of mad cow prions as well left Harvard because of its investment in the meat industry and its unwillingness to give priority to his prion research) put vegans, dairy vegetarians, and nonvegetarians on an isocaloric diet. Each group ate the same number of calories daily. At the end of the ninety days, the nonvegetarians weighed 23 pounds more than the vegans and 12 pounds more than the dairy vegetarians. While there were no fruitarians in the study, Hardinge reported that fruitarians he found weighed less than the other three groups. Hardinge's research was reported in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association.

Besides causing millions of deaths or sicknesses to human beings, the Atkins diet causes animal agony, deforestation, global heating, energy waste.
