When will you ever learn

That you can't just leave

That you can't

Just simply leave a note

And walk out the door?

When you learn,

That you can't quit

And try to come back

Remember it was your choice

And That I know

How to use my voice

And the door you walked out

Will have a different lock.

You can't Quit on me

Because I don't Quit on you

You gave a promise

Of everlasting love

But I guess that

It wasn't meant for me.
