distressed denim cutoffs and tan pantyhose
(the kind with reinforcements at the toes):
not, as some think effeminate feminine,
but, rather, a look of evolved masculine
(and no regard for haters' pruderies).
With sheer footsteps you enter my fantasies,
and inspire the utmost intimacies
imaginable only in Poetry's
