Ever have a break up

Feel like you just got shot?

The pain is so surreal

It unbearable.

You feel like you dying

You can't breathe

Your crying so much

It hurts to breathe

Of the beating of your

Heart

All you hear is 

You weeping sobs

And you trying to not let

Boogies

Come cascading out of your

Nose

You hold your

Hand over your heart

Like you got shot

You can't hear

Or even feel

It beating anymore

Your mind

Wonders away

Feels like out of

Body experience

You don't know how

To respond

How to fuction

Your brain has

Shut down

Your just

IDK

Confused

Hurt

Powerless

Even tired

Low energy

Thats when it's the

Worst

Because when your

Negative thoughts

Your have bad ideas

Go completly wrong

If your on your own

No one is there
