"I Still Love You"
Though the miles separate us
The love I have for you is strong
Strong enough to break the distance bond but this
Secret I’ve been told is so hard for me to keep and hold
For it affects the rest of my life
It even affects any potential future wife,
Kids and all
I’m not sure I want to go down this hall
Scared am I
I must admit to really want to commit
It’s my future that I hold
If I am to be so bold
A gamble with the twist of fate
That I'm not sure about on this date
So I take this chance to communicate
That I love you still but at such a high rate
I can’t afford to take this risk
Yet I hate to break up just like this
With so many things left undone
I know I seem so cruel
And don’t seem to follow any rule
But love is never fair
I hate to fool you when I’m not there
When I not even near
So with this said
We are through
