Being Waged with Rage
It has taken Hits but Still Afloat
Tho with Ballast Aloose
And Rudder that Sticks
Listing Starboard to Port
The Boilers Still Fire
Tho no Full Head of Steam
The Screws Turn More Slowly
Speed is Just a Past Dream
Each day Churning Forward
With Not Much of a Wake
Awaiting the Captain's Retort
From the Bridge to All Decks
